Returns Policy

We do follow a strict return policy however we also do ensure that we get you the correct items from the start.

WHAT can be returned?

Any product with a manufacturing defect can be returned after our approval, however some restrictions to returns apply, these are as follows.

We do not take back returns for damage caused by miss use, incorrect fitment or mechanical issues that damaged the part.

We do not take back returns for change of mind, no longer needed, ordered the wrong product or did not measure/check the information provided such as disc sizing or pad shape against their current parts before purchasing the goods.

We do not take back returns on all custom made parts such as our whole VMAX range as these are custom made to order.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

All mechanical items carry a minimum 12 month warranty and can be returned in that time frame for a warranty inspection.

All electrical parts carry a 30 day warranty.

 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

We will supply the return address after approving the return.

 

HOW do customers return items?

Please contact us first to arrange approval of the return.

Items must be posted with tracking and contain a copy of the purchase receipt, name, address and telephone number of the buyer, the vehicle make, model, km when fitted, km travelled, name of workshop, address and telephone number of the qualified mechanic used to fit the parts and clear details of the issue with the parts.


SHIPPING for returns?

Customer pays all return shipping costs, refunds are only based on goods purchase price.


CREDIT for returns?

We refund the purchase price of the goods, we do not refund shipping costs.


Instore return option?

All returns must be posted with tracking and insurance to avoid goods being lost in transit. We do not offer customer direct returns at counter, all returns are postage with tracking only.
